Sidr honey by the gallon
Any of our three harvests in a 15.4 lb (7 kg) food-grade gallon — $995.00, shipped free from Yemen.
One gallon holds about fourteen 500 g jars' worth — around $142.00 per kilo, against roughly double that in jars. Free shipping, direct from Yemen, 3–5 weeks.
Straight from the valley
Every gallon travels directly from our beekeepers in Yemen to your door, free of charge — the route we proved with last season's clearance and now run year-round. It is a longer road: please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery. Jars still ship fast from our US warehouse.
Our honey is a food. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Questions before buying
Is it the same honey as the jars?
Yes — the same raw, unheated, lab-tested harvests we sell by the jar, packed in a 15.4 lb (7 kg) food-grade gallon instead of glass. The Usimi gallon is the one difference: it is pure strained honey, without the honeycomb piece its jar is known for.
Why does delivery take 3–5 weeks?
Because your gallon ships directly from our beekeepers in Yemen — not from our US warehouse. Shipping is free; the trade is time for price.
How is the gallon so much cheaper per kilo?
No glass, no per-jar packing, and one shipment straight from Yemen instead of a warehouse leg. The honey itself is the same.
How should I store an open gallon?
Room temperature, lid closed, out of direct sunlight, always a dry spoon. Raw honey may thicken or crystallize with time — stand the sealed gallon in warm water and it returns to liquid. Many kitchens decant into smaller containers for daily use.
Can I order more than a few gallons, or set up recurring supply?
Yes. For five or more gallons, or a standing supply for a business, contact us at info@yemensidrhoney.com and we will quote freight and terms directly.

5 out of 5 starsGreat-tasting honey! I have a question
Great-tasting honey! I have a question, though. Is there a reason you package your honey in plastic containers instead of glass jars? My understanding is that glass is more environmentally friendly, is recyclable, and is generally considered a better long-term storage option for honey since it doesn't interact with the product the way some plastics can. I was just curious about the reasoning behind your packaging choice.

5 out of 5 starsSo good
This is a few steps above good honey from the store. It is a complex flavor of richness. Truly hard to put into words. Between the health benefits and amazing taste, it is remarkably good.
