The short version

If you do not like it, tell us within thirty days of delivery and send it back — opened or unopened, no questions asked. We refund the full product price once the jar reaches us. Shipping is the one cost that stays with you: the original delivery charge is not refunded, and the return postage is paid by you.

We ask why, because it is useful to know, but an answer is not a condition of the refund.

How to start one

Email us with your order number and we will reply with the return address. Send the jar back with any tracked service; once it arrives, the refund is issued to the original payment method and usually appears within five working days, though your bank may take longer to show it.

Crystallised honey is not a fault

Raw honey crystallises. It is a sign the honey has not been heat-treated, and the honey is unchanged. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes if you prefer it liquid. That said, if you would rather return it, the policy above still applies.
