How it works

Not happy with your honey? Just send it back within 30 days of delivery — opened or unopened. No questions asked.

Once it arrives, we refund the price of your honey, minus shipping costs (more on that below).

About shipping costs

Shipping isn't refundable. We take the cost of shipping your order out of your refund — even if your order shipped free — and you pay to send it back to us.

How to start a return

Email us your order number and we'll send you the return address. Use any tracked shipping service. Once your return arrives, we refund your original payment method — usually within 5 business days (your bank may take a little longer).

Crystallised honey is normal

Raw honey naturally crystallises over time. It means the honey hasn't been heated, and it's still perfectly good. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes to make it runny again. Still want to return it? That's fine too.

Bulk gallons

Our 7 kg gallons ship straight from our beekeepers in Yemen, so they can't be returned. New to our honey? We suggest trying a jar first — it's the same honey, and the easiest way to find your favourite before buying in bulk.
