L'Hadrami è il miele a cui la maggior parte delle persone pensa quando parla di Sidr. Proviene dal fondovalle e dai pendii bassi del Wadi Do'an, dove gli alberi non sono irrigati e il periodo di raccolta dura poche settimane in autunno.
Scorre lentamente, resta pesante sul cucchiaio e ha un carattere di caramello e malto, con un finale che si prolunga molto più di quanto ci si aspetti. Non viene aggiunto nulla e non viene filtrato via nulla.
Il nostro miele è un alimento. Non è destinato a diagnosticare, trattare, curare o prevenire alcuna malattia. Il miele non è adatto ai bambini di età inferiore ai 12 mesi.

È crudo e non filtrato?
Sì. Non viene riscaldato, né pastorizzato, né filtrato finemente. Con il tempo può cristallizzare: non è un difetto, ma il segno che non ha subìto trattamenti termici.

Basta rispedirlo entro 30 giorni dalla consegna, aperto o chiuso, senza dover dare spiegazioni. Le rimborsiamo il miele al netto delle spese di spedizione; le spese di reso sono a Suo carico.
Possono mangiarlo i bambini?
Non sotto i dodici mesi: il miele non è adatto ai neonati a causa del rischio di botulismo infantile. Dopo questa età è un normale alimento.

Great-tasting honey! I have a question, though. Is there a reason you package your honey in plastic containers instead of glass jars? My understanding is that glass is more environmentally friendly, is recyclable, and is generally considered a better long-term storage option for honey since it doesn't interact with the product the way some plastics can. I was just curious about the reasoning behind your packaging choice.

Worth every penny.
Definition of authenticity! Mānuka is great and had been my favorite prior to this purchase, but Yemeni Sidr honey might be my new favorite as of now :) Besides Yemen being famous for its sought after honey, the Sidr tree holds major significance in Islamic tradition and its honey no doubt carries the tree’s blessed attributes. Excellent Sidr Honey
I've had a few varieties of Sidr honey, including some bought directly from an importer of authentic Yemeni Sidr honey in UAE, and some sold on Amazon. I felt that the one on Amazon (which is also authentic Yemeni Sidr honey) was the best there was; it is legit Sidr honey and pretty expensive too. So when I saw this, I was a bit sceptical since it is even more expensive than the one on Amazon, but comes in a plastic container, not glass. But I decided to try it out anyway, and am glad I did. This does taste better than the one from Amazon: the aroma is more flowery and the taste is more textured too. I had my wife perform a blind taste test on both too, and even she immediately concluded that this one was better. The only downside to this honey over the expensive one from Amazon is that this one comes in a plastic bottle, while the one from Amazon comes in a glass jar. Given the amount of microplastics in all our foods, it's unfortunate that this company has chosen to ship their honey in plastic containers. So this is the only reason I am giving this honey only 4 stars instead of 5. If they update the container to glass, I will also update the review to 5 stars. Even if the price goes up further because of the glass jar, it'll still be worth it to avoid microplastics in such high quality honey. But, if taste is your priority, then this is your top choice. It's the best honey (Sidr or otherwise) I've every had.

Best honey so far
I used Manuka Honey more than once , but i didn’t get the original taste that provokes you to take more ; but Yemeni sidr honey is beyond ordinary honey’s level so far we find in market: it’s a must try for honey lovers!!!
