How to taste them
- Let all three jars come to room temperature — cold honey hides its aroma.
- Use a clean, dry spoon for each, and take only a little: half a teaspoon is plenty.
- Go lightest to darkest — Usimi, Hadrami, then Shabwani — with a sip of water in between.
- Let each one sit on the tongue before swallowing. The differences are in the finish.

5 out of 5 starsGreat-tasting honey! I have a question
Great-tasting honey! I have a question, though. Is there a reason you package your honey in plastic containers instead of glass jars? My understanding is that glass is more environmentally friendly, is recyclable, and is generally considered a better long-term storage option for honey since it doesn't interact with the product the way some plastics can. I was just curious about the reasoning behind your packaging choice.

Taste great and tsp a day and have not been sick all winter . Hoping it continues and looking forward to more health benefits it will give me
5 out of 5 starsSo good
This is a few steps above good honey from the store. It is a complex flavor of richness. Truly hard to put into words. Between the health benefits and amazing taste, it is remarkably good.

Common questions
What is in the tasting set?
Three 285 g jars of raw Yemeni Sidr honey: Hadrami from Wadi Do'an in Hadramout, Shabwani from the Shabwah plateau, and Usimi from the highlands around Usimate, which comes with a piece of honeycomb in the jar. Each label names the region and the season.
Is the set discounted?
Yes — our standing multi-jar saving takes 5% off any three or more jars, and it applies to the set automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter.
Which one should I taste first?
Lightest to darkest: Usimi, then Hadrami, then Shabwani. The darker honeys have longer, more resinous finishes that would mask the lighter one if you started with them.
Can I choose 500 g jars instead?
The set is built from the 285 g jars so you can compare before committing. Every harvest is also sold individually in 285 g and 500 g on the shop page.
Can I return it?
Yes. Jars can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked — the details are in our returns policy.
