開封後のガロンはどのように保存すればよいですか?
室温で、蓋をしっかり閉め、直射日光を避けて保管してください。取り出すときは必ず乾いたスプーンをお使いください。非加熱のはちみつは、時間とともに固くなったり結晶化したりすることがあります。その場合は、密閉したままのガロンを温かいお湯に浸けると、再びなめらかな液状に戻ります。日常使いには、小さな容器に移し替えて使われるご家庭や厨房も多くあります。
